Candy Filled Pinata: 3 hours, 23 minutes

Bought for a photo shoot, and big surprise, never used. I would have liked to have seen it happen.  Once it was gone, I looked for a trail of candy because that fiesta was heavy.

Really Big Calculator: 9.3 hrs

I should have added a pencil for scale.  About 8 1/2" x 11".

Cusinart Food Processor/Blender: 3 hours

It got cranberries all over my counter.

Polkadot Glasses: 26 minutes

Bought for a photo shoot, lived in the studio, then the house, used...once?  Need more space, so out they go - and go quickly!

Special Guest Star: One armed Jesus

This was given to my friend after it was found next to a dumpster in the Hollywood Hills.  Jesus is clearly missing an arm and Joseph has had his head glued back on.  Heavenly.  

Mostly New Pillows: 18 minutes

I put them in plastic to assure the taker they were sanitary.

Vase: 7 hours

A Christmas gift I liked AND used all the time for flowers.  So much use,  I decided it was time to really clean it in a nice soapy bath.  Then the decals came off one side.  It wasn't pretty from the back, like so many of us.

Three NIB Flag Poles: 78 minutes.

...and I got to watch it happen.

Fun Fur scarves: 15 hours

Conch Shell: 3 hours, 43 minutes

I have better ones.

Grass Drying Towels/Grama's Lee Jeans: 3 minutes

The fastest swipe to date and what a score.  These towels were only used once to dry a hill of grass some kids were going to roll down. From Target, they sat uncleaned and mildewed in a garage for a month.  I piled them up, took the photo, drove into the garage and by the time I got in the house they were gone.  Plus they got two pairs of jeans a 93 year old lady last fit in when she was 73.  Awesome.    

TJ Crackers: 14 hours, 8 minutesSkippy Peanut Butter: 16 hours, 23 minutes

Saturday was clean out the cupboard day.  Both were fresh and unopened.  Yet, the crackers went first.  

Straw Bag: 19 minutes

This cost a dollar at a garage sale.  It was a prop for work, then a prop in my kitchen, in the corner where things go before they go here.

Balloons: TBD

My mom blew up a bunch of balloons for my birthday, which was awesome.  A week later, after already recycling some to AG for her birthday, the remainders were left in the alley.  I never expected anyone to take them, just enjoy them.  And jump when they popped unexpectedly.  To date, they still hang there, sans air.

Bird Thing: 54 hours

It was a Christmas present and I never liked it.  A faux bird mounted on a wood block, sitting on a real branch.  Max, the neighbor's cat, didn't seem to like it much either. 

Dansko Sandals: 72 hours

Okay, I realize they look pretty bad and I shouldn't be surprised it took as long as it did.  But these were expensive walking shoes, made for comfort and style.  I wore them only once really...to Coachella.  And after three days in the desert, this is what they looked like.  

During my last closet clean out, I protested I would wear them again.  Then I tried and my pinky toe hung out.  Unacceptable.  

The shoes started on the alley floor, then were tried on and moved.   The last time they were seen was on the lid of the recycle bin.  

And now some angel is walking in both comfort and style.
